Return & Refund Policy

At 9Figs.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos to help process your replacement or refund quickly. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

  • Custom-built or special-order furniture
